These terms govern your use of ViStudioAI. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
ViStudioAI lets you record, script, and export scripted video content directly in your browser, with optional AI Avatar (photorealistic talking-avatar) generation as a paid add-on. Real recording, editing, and export run entirely client-side; AI Avatar generation is processed by our third-party AI provider (HeyGen) on your request.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information at signup and be legally able to enter a binding contract.
Starter is free, with unlimited real recording at 720p (watermarked). Premium and Team are paid subscriptions billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay, at the rates shown on our pricing page. AI Avatar generation is purchased separately as a wallet top-up (billed in "Vi Coins," where 1 coin equals the smallest unit of your billing currency) and is spent as you generate AI Avatar content — voice-only narration and full video avatars are billed at different per-minute rates, shown on our pricing page; wallet balances do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable once spent. Subscription prices may change for new sign-ups; if you're on a "founding price," it stays locked in for as long as your subscription remains active without a gap.
You can cancel your subscription any time from Billing & Subscription; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. If something isn't working as expected for your plan, contact us and our technical team will investigate within 24 hours on business days. Beyond that, no refunds are given once a purchase is made if the plan is working as intended — that determination is made solely by our technical team.
You retain all rights to the scripts, recordings, and videos you create. Anything you upload for AI Avatar generation (photo, voice sample) is used only to fulfill that generation request, per our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the rights to any photo, voice, or content you use with the AI Avatar feature, and for how you use the resulting output.
Don't use ViStudioAI to create content that's illegal, infringing, or impersonates a real person without their consent (including via the AI Avatar feature). We may suspend accounts that violate this.
We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI Avatar generation depends on third-party infrastructure (HeyGen) and may occasionally be delayed or fail; in that case, wallet minutes aren't deducted for failed generations.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and active subscribers will be notified by email for significant changes.
