Does recording happen on your servers?
No — recording, compositing, and merging all happen locally in your browser. Nothing uploads until you choose to export or share.
Is there really no limit on real recording, even on the free plan?
Correct — recording, editing, and export all run in your own browser, so it costs us nothing whether your video is 1 minute or 3 hours. Starter gets a small watermark and 720p export; every paid plan removes the watermark and unlocks 1080p+, but nobody's ever capped on video count or length.
Can I switch between 16:9 and 9:16 mid-project?
Aspect ratio is chosen once per project since it affects how each scene is recorded and composited. Start a new project to switch formats.
Does Premium/Team include free AI Avatar minutes?
No — a Premium or Team plan only unlocks access to AI Avatar (a photorealistic talking-avatar video built from your photo and voice). No minutes come free with the plan itself; you separately recharge an AI Avatar wallet any time at ₹350/minute and spend it whenever you want. Plan subscription and AI Avatar wallet balance are billed and tracked completely separately.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Same features either way — yearly billing just charges you once for the full year upfront at a discounted rate (about 17% off), instead of every month. You can switch between the two from Billing & Subscription any time.
Does the Premium price include tax?
Yes — the listed price is exactly what you pay at checkout, with no separate tax added.
Will the Premium price go up later?
It might, as we add more features. If you sign up now, though, your rate is locked in as a founding-member price for as long as your subscription stays active — you won't be moved to a higher price later.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Billing & Subscription in your dashboard. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I get started with the Team plan?
Team accounts are set up directly with us so we can configure seats, brand kit, and API access correctly. Reach out through "Talk to us" above and we'll get you set up within 24 hours on business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, UPI, processed securely through our payment provider. We don't store your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn't working as expected for your plan, reach out and our technical team will get back to you within 24 hours on business days — we promise to deliver what we promise. That said, no refunds are given once a purchase is made if everything is working as intended for the plan you subscribed to; that determination is made solely by our technical team.
